TANDOOR
Meat grilled in a traditional Indian Charcoal Clay Oven

Step 1
The meat is marinated for 6 to 8 hours in a yoghurt-based marinade with Tandoori or Tikka
spices in order to tenderise it.

Step 2
The meat is grilled in a Tandoor, a charcoal clay oven. The radiant heat
from the Tandoor allows the meat to retain its nutritional value and flavour.

Step 3
The grilled meat is then served on sliced pepper, onions and basted with lime juice
